RoK invests in Vietnamese hospital

VNA 06/01/2010 - The Republic of Korea (RoK) government has approved an official development assistance (ODA) programme for Vietnam , which includes the construction of a 500-bed hospital, according to the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).

Construction of the project is scheduled to start late this month in the central province of Quang Nam at an estimated cost of 35 million USD.

The project will be the largest ODA project of the RoK.

KOICA will send experts to Vietnam to help in health care policies and help train Vietnamese in medical technology./.
